
To ensure that our customers have the best experience possible while keeping fair policies and rules within our company, our business has a set of company policies that cover returning products and when we are allowed to revoke service from you.
Returning Items
At Schultz’ we allow customers to return products they are unsastisfied with after a certain amount of time. Our regulations for returning are as follows,
- Can only accept smaller items such as mirrors, lamps, and other minor items. Furniture cannot be accepted to be returned
- We cannot accept products to be returned after 15 days of their purchase
- The product cannot be damaged (ex. scratches, disconnected pieces, broken pieces, etc.)
- If an item is returned, the customer will receive a full refund
Terms of Service
We have many rules and regulations on when we will refuse to serve a customer. below are our terms of providing service to a customer, and when a person can be removed from our store and possibly trespassed.
- If any customer causes a disturbance we are allowed to remove them from the store
- If any customer commits an illegal crime on our property we may remove them from the store and have them trespassed
- If any Terms of Service rules are broken we are permitted to legally trespass you from our property
